SWN Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbour when our old boiler needed replacing.

Shaun came out to see us and talked us through our options leaving us with a brochure to look through. He was not at all pushy and left it up to us to decide when to contact him. We were a bit desperate to get the job done before the winter set in as we didn’t have any heating. Shaun assured us it would be done and it was.

We cant fault the service at all. As we both work we gave Shaun a key to come and go as he pleased. I came home one day for lunch and was really impressed to see dust sheets covering the hall and up the stairs where he was working. He cleaned up after himself every day and left everything spic and span.

Anyone thinking of having their boiler replaced or serviced we would definitely recommend SWN Plumbing and Heating. We had excellent service what we were promised we got. When Shaun said he would be here he was. We are now warm and snug with plenty of hot water for the winter thanks to SWN Plumbing and Heating.

We were going to have a replacement warm air heating system but after discussions with Shaun at SWN Plumbing he suggested we thought about having a combi boiler and radiators.

We took his advice and aren’t we glad we did – we now have warmth in every room and endless hot water. From his very first visit here he was always on time, kept to his quote and did a wonderful job. What seemed to us to be a challenging job (we have concrete floors downstairs so all the pipe work had to go down from the upstairs rooms)was made so easy by Shaun and nothing was too much trouble.

We gave him a key as we were happy to just let him get on without us having to be at home. He was very tidy and always cleared up at the end of each day so we can thoroughly recommend him and are quite happy for anyone to come and see his work here or to contact us.

Thanks Shaun a Great job done. All cleared up after work was finished.Explained more than once about how it all worked nothing to much trouble to answer any questions at anytime no matter now busy he was. Would recommend him to anyone who ending plumbing and heating done or replace. A great worker did not stop until he finished what he had planned for the day. Very trustworthy we gave him our key to lock up when we went out.
