Frozen condensed pipes

A top tip for the winter season is to make  sure that your condenser pipe is well insulated though the winter as failure to do so could result in a frozen condens pipe and lead to the condens water back up to the boiler  which will lead to no heating and hot water. Which can also save you a call out charge  for unfreezing the pipe.
